Getting married at Tip Top Venues
The team at Tip Top offer two distinctively different venues at one location both of which are available for hire and licensed to host civil ceremonies. They can accommodate marquees, tipis and tents and both enjoy peaceful and rural surroundings.

The first is their Lakeside venue. Tucked away on the estate between hundreds of acres of scenery is their Lakeside venue. Where you can have your wedding overlooking the extensive lake with stunning views across the Buckinghamshire countryside.

When I was a Tip Top Venue wedding photographer at Emma and Niki’s wedding, they chose Tip Top’s lakeside venue. They said their vows on the grass, under a floral arch overlooking the lake with all of their loved ones looking on. Here, take a look!
Afterwards everybody enjoyed an outdoor drinks reception whilst I took Emma and Nick for a romantic mini photoshoot in the nearby fields and by the lake. When we returned everybody enjoyed a wedding meal in the tipis. Wooden tables and chairs were laid out in a gorgeous rustic style.
The other Tip Top venue is The Paddocks. With beautiful view looking down across the rolling Buckinghamshire hills this location is ideal for wedding celebrations. Better suited for weddings with small children as you don’t have the worry of the lakeside location. Weddings at the Paddocks have a lovely festival vibe as the tipis are set up on the edge of the trees that can be dressed in lights giving the venue a really enchanting vibe.
The outdoors at Tip Top Venues
With Tip Top weddings the great outdoors is the venue. Though you can add some entertainment in the form of live music, games, even a bouncy castle for your younger guests. When I was a wedding photographer at Tip Top Venues for Emma and Niki, they set up fun outdoor games that were enjoyed by their young, and not so young guests!
The best thing about outdoor weddings is there are fewer restrictions on numbers. Tip Top Venue can cater for weddings of 45 guests right through to 260 guests and in addition to that dogs are welcome!
Getting ready at Tip Top Venues
Obviously getting ready onsite is tricky so most wedding parties get ready together nearby and then travel to the site together.
Evening party at Tip Top Venues
When the sun goes down the magic of the Tip Top Venue really comes to life as you get to literally dance under the stars. The tipis and tents are adorned with fairy lights that create a really magical vibe. And with a license for alcohol and entertainment, a dancefloor and DJ facilities, and you can book your favourite street food provider, you have everything you need for an amazing evening wedding party.
